First off after talking to server 1 crime admins, and showing both POVS to them, they are seeing no ghost peak in the POV below.

win turf and request o.o (my pov) and his POV : unknown_replay_2022.05.25-18.49_Trim it is clearly a VISUAL bug, if you cannot see that, so I see no reason for a Ban for Ghost peak. This is just clear desync

if "right hand peak is forbidden" Aki is showing some sort of Biased toward Blood Street Gang, at 0:08 in his own pov you can see ID 164 also using it unknown_replay_2022.05.25-18.49_Trim
