Hello dear Lebron,
I received a blacklist for a reason that remains unknown to me until today. I have never received a proper answer from Monika regarding why I received a blacklist. That’s why I’m reaching out here to write an unban request. Additionally, a second reason was given, which was "cleaning." I only half understand this as well. I received an investigation ban, so I contacted Monika, and she told me to get in touch with Marcel Dior for a PC check. I did that, and after 2 hours of PC check, I was let go with the result: PC check clean. After that, I still received a cleaning ban with the justification that I performed a self PC check during the investigation period. To my knowledge, however, a cleaning ban is only 60 days. Still, I don’t think the blacklist is fair, and I’m requesting an unban.
I have always followed the rules and never did anything that could have led to such a punishment. There have been no actions on my part in the past that would justify a blacklist. There is no reason why I should have been banned. I hope you can look into this again and lift the ban, as I never intended to break any rules. It would be great if this could be cleared up.
