2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 . I was Playing Roleplay For 2 year and My first Organization was LSPD AND SECOND WAS SAHP I Join as Tropper After training so I wish to Join HR So I apply for it and fail 2 to 4 time then I learn How SAHP WORK AND I Gave Re- interview and Pass it and after then I was working hard and Get More Experience and Promotion And Due this I get targets so I leave SAHP and Join LSPD Again and after then I came back as HOD of HR With interview and Get Promotion to Assistant
Sheriff.and So I am interested to Take Leadership of SAHP and I was very passionate to this organisation
2.2. When I was Assistant Sheriff so SAHP got many department from other organisation that your unit is detained so Please Move toward doc and It’s not the unit mistake it was mistake of Mr HR team and sometime it was High-commands so I will make Proper high command and Proper Hr so There should be no one detained as SAHP officer and Always ready to server nation . And Will do meeting With People regarding issue as
2.3-: I Have Some Support of Good Family which Will help me to making my term active and. I have some friend who will for sure will join my term and Some family And I have good relation with People in The Server this can help me in My term And Some Organization member and with their leader and Will help me in the term I have Given Interview of LSPD 2 Time But got fail after then i find the mistake that make me fail 2 time so now i Will not do same mistake in sahp interview if got selected
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I Will Make Sure their will be Daily Ghetto Patrol Done My Member or Team I will make Responsible High command Who have Knowledge I will make sure Good Relation with All Organisation with their leader and Deputies and Members
3.2 I will make sure Their will be Good Bonus System and In Every-week one employee will select as Employee week and I will gave him 300k bonus from my pocket and department of week so it will help Everyone to work hard and Get The thing and No favoritism and Everyone will get equal respect I will make sure their will be Highway patrol and always Tropper is on High way and giving fine And Helping me and my unit and citizen from crime
3.3. In My term Everyweek Their Will be Event for Our unit for fun and Will get Money to the person who win and I will try to complete the target given by Mr curator and Will hire good deputy so it will help me and Will make good high command who is available to soleve my units doubt annd at last of week there will be meeting with all deartment that where we should improve to make our SAHP On top
3.4 In My term i will hire good number so it will help me to run organisation easily and will try to take 2 term if got chance with less rule break and Will divide shift in different time zone and Will Do promotion ceremony every last day of week and their no Favouritism In case Promotion Ceremony and Will Do Meeting With DA afterevery three week and My DA will teach My units more about Law and He will teach i my unit where doing mistake so 0-15 getting release

•Max numbers as possible at every event.
•Max activity on daily basis patrolling the highway giving fines and towing and arresting
•Make sure all the officers within the organization is well trained and fitted to held a postion in sahp.
•Make sure of a successful term in sahp.
•Equal respect to Everyone
•Complete term with less rule break
• Always available unit

SWAT : Always Reay to Go for Ay situtatioan and First to reach the situtation and call other unit and protect Sheriff and Undersheriff and citizen of City
Human Resource: It’s Main work is to Teach New People How SAHP work and have to training and Have to hire people
Internal Affair: It work is to maintenance of discipline and Have to Teach the people what was mistake and Have to give punishment
Public Relation : It’s work is to listen what public demand is and Have to talk the leader and have to make event for the people that they need.
High way Patrol Divison -: Have to always Stay at Highway and Make sure not criminal activity and Make sure to give fine and Always ready to save citizen life
