1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Shortly after I joined the city, I knew that NG was the place where my expertise could be utilized best. During my tenure with NG, I had the honor of meeting many great people and having some great experiences. I worked diligently, quickly rising through the ranks to a Colonel under two different Generals, as well as Head of Department. I am ambitious and this drive is to assume leadership positions, and I felt that now I was ready for the challenge.
But my term at NG ended and I was transferred to the SAHP. I was appointed Head of HR at the SAHP, drawing from my previous experience in the field. Now, I would like to give back to the community the same amount of kindness and support I've been receiving all these years. I am committed to serving and protecting the citizens to effect change, so that our highways are safe. With my background, experience, and leadership capabilities, I am ready to take on the responsibility of making our community better and safer.
2) Departments and Usage
A.) Swat - The hierarchy of SWAT will be very well defined, led from the top by a Commanding Officer responsible for the entire unit; under his command, multiple specialized SWAT teams will fall, each having a team captain responsible for high-risk operations. The major mission of SWAT will involve:
Arrests - arrests, especially where dangerous suspects are concerned that have warrants for their arrest; this will also need to be highly tactfully planned and executed so as not to jeopardize anybody's life.
Hostage Rescue - Another important task that will be handled is hostage rescue. The SWAT teams will be well-trained in these high-stake rescue operations whereby the lives of innocent people are protected in tense, dangerous situations.
Critical detainees will also be moved by the teams through safe and secure transportation highly threatened suspects or criminals will require similar operations that will have a vital role in controlling those situations needing immediate intervention.
Being the leader of a SWAT team or one day a Commanding Officer, I am of the view that discipline, tactical expertise, and teamwork are some of the vital ingredients to be instilled. Having managed leading positions so far, I guarantee it will not falter from a commitment to safety and security at large. In leading the challenges before a SWAT team with specialized missions conducted with professionalism and efficiency, I am now ready.
B.) Detectives-
Detectives will ensure the highways remain safe and are secure, ensuring the community safety as a whole. Their work will also involve both basic investigative methods and specialized tactics to deal with the causes of criminal activity. In this respect, the main duties performed by detectives are:
Evidence Gathering - Detectives will be able to collect the necessary evidence in crime scenes, such as illegal cache and contraband material thrown over the highway. Evidence gathering helps to dismantle crime operations and restrict their operations of not happening in the near future.
Tracking Illegal Operations - Detectives to track down operations and dismantle their machinery, particularly supply chain distribution systems that contain illegitimate merchandise, will be imperative in keeping public safety through keeping highways clear.
Building Case Files Against Criminal Organizations - Detectives will be putting much effort into obtaining information on gangs, cartels, and other criminal families by observation, gathering intelligence, compiling evidence for a strong case file in prosecution.
Specialized Undercover Work - Detectives will go undercover in order to expose the inner details of criminal organizations and illegal families. This valuable tool will afford us the opportunity to penetrate these groups, uncover illicit activities, and obtain intelligence leading to major busts and arrests.
C.) IA-

C.) IA-
Internal Affairs (IA) will be tasked with upholding the integrity and standards of the organization. The main responsibilities of IA include:
- Maintaining Internal Affairs – IA will ensure that all officers within the organization adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by both the IC (In-Character) laws and the server’s rules. This includes keeping track of officers' conduct, performance, and ensuring that all actions align with the expectations of the department.
- Monitoring Officer Compliance – IA will be responsible for updating and reviewing the requirements for law enforcement officers in accordance with the latest IC laws and server rules. This will involve ensuring officers remain informed about changes and that they comply with these evolving standards.
- Accountability and Discipline – In cases where officers make errors or violate protocol, IA will investigate the matter and enforce appropriate disciplinary actions. It will be the responsibility of IA to assess any blunders made by officers, ensuring that the punishment fits the severity of the infraction. This will help maintain the integrity and professionalism of the department.
- Ensuring High RP Standards – The department will expect all officers to maintain a high standard of Roleplay (RP) in all their interactions. IA will be charged with reviewing RP performance, addressing any instances of poor roleplay, and taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure that the department's reputation remains intact.
D.) Parking Enforcement-
The Towing Department operates without any involvement from SHAP officers and only to deliver a professional and specialized service in the clearing of roads and management of tows in IC laws. Primary responsibilities of the department will encompass:
Tow Operator Hiring and Management - The department shall hire staff employed exclusively for towing services who are not serving as SHAP officers, yet fully provide removal services safely and effectively according to IC laws. They shall ensure the highways are clear of abandoned, parked illegally, or for whatever reason are impediments.
The Towing Department - shall play the major role in traffic flow and making the highways free from all kinds of hazardous vehicles or those which violate the rules for parking. It also encompasses towing of vehicles from accident sites, blocking off areas, or removing abandoned cars that may create obstacles for law enforcement or emergency services.
Liaising with Headquarters Law Enforcement - Towing Department- Always ready to serve, do joint work; call police when moving cars would affect crime scene investigations, a roadblock, or other police activities. That is all in ensuring safety for workers on location.
Adherence to the Laws of IC -All towing shall be strictly in correspondence with the laws of IC and server rules. Ensuring the department's activities are legal in nature and based on standards adopted by the organization. Tow operators shall be trained for professional handling according to legal procedure.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
4) Knowledge of server rules -
To improve RP quality and overall activity within this organization all members must be aware of the server rules To ensure this the HR department will be responsible for enforcing rule awareness Failure to comply will result in consequences from Internal Affairs (IA).
If HR can properly train new members from the moment they join they will be better prepared to engage in high-quality roleplay Proper training ensures everyone is fully informed about the rules and essential information needed to enhance the roleplay experience across the server.
5) Maintain Good relations with other organization leader- Maintains relationship with other organization leader is important so RP can be increased instead of going to
