Smokey Tractor born in Ghetto near Ballas gang HQ. Smokey's family is in the Ballas gang and doing illegal activites to earn money Smokey's father is one of the most trusted person of Ballas gang leader, Bloods gang is one of the most powerfull enemy of Ballas gang, there is always gang war happens between them. Once Smokey's Father got kidnapped by one of the bloods member and they tortured themvery badly so he injured badly so he decided to take revenge from that guy and then he started making trap and when he is going to execute his plan he realised that his opponent is so powerful and he have a lot of money and backup of leos also then he also decide to earn some maoney to take revenge from that guy then he started selling Illegal items to peoples and in Black Market but some time leos make Raid on Black Market and they take all the items. So he started facing little bit loss from Black Market but in overall he is in good profit and after some time he successfully taken revenge from that guy. But he wanted to earn more money and wants to become one of the richest person in city and for that he want some support of leos so he know when there is BM raid time like that things. Then he talked to Smokey's to help him in his business because Smokey's is in LSPD because he do not like illegal activities but when his father explained how much money is in this business then he agreed to help him.
Career Story:
Smokey's started his career by joining SAHP by his hard work. And after some time he moved to FIB because of increases of illegal activites in the city and he started doing hard work in FIB he arrested too many criminals but he saw that there is some cops who are not following state law while processing 10-15, then he joined GOV and become a lawyer to help innocent peoples after doing hard work and he helps too many innocent peoples by winning their case. Then finally he decided to move in LSPD to help citizen from criminals but after joining LSPD his father said him to help him in their business by doing corruption so he started doing corruption to help his father to earn more money and make his strong family background in crime world.
Outcomes:
