2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I want to become leader of this organisation as i have a lot of experience in state organisations. I also have a lot of experience in DOJ and believe this will benefit my term as i would be able to help any of my troopers with any Legal Questions or legal matters. I have previously been SCJ under Mark Thrust as AG and Ava Marelli as Governor. I believe this will benefit us as we can teach our units all about the law in the correct ways.
2.2) I also want to be leader of this organisation as it is a very unique organisation. They have the biggest area to cover and arguably the most to do. I want to be leader of this org because i believe that i can make SAHP active and help improve the state by bringing more numbers to situations like Store Robbery's, Hostage situations, FZ raids etc. I also have a great relationship with other state organisations which i believe will benefit my term a lot.
2.3) I also want to be leader of this organisation to help keep the streets of San Andreas clean from criminals, traffic violations and make sure there is no drugs being planted in our county. This is important to me because i believe if our streets are clean we can have better relationships with the citizens of the state. We would also work with other state organisations to help make the streets safe.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) I will make sure to select the High Commands very carefully and make sure they are all fit for the positions i put them in. I will make sure that my HCs are not giving there friend good ranks with out experience. This will improve the roleplay by creating a sense of professionalism with in the org and a sense of respect. This is great for the org as it will reduce conflict between my troopers.
3.2) I will make sure SAHP is doing regular Recruitment drives to ensure that the state gets maximum members attending events and being active. This will improve the RP as it brings more to the state side. It gives them more units meaning they are able to protect the state against the gangs and give state orgs a reason to want to go to situations and not just sit at HQ collecting pay checks. With this i will make sure to have a good IA team to make sure all of our units are clean and none of them need to be dismissed reducing the state numbers.
3.3) I will make sure SAHP always has units patrolling San Andreas, attending ATM Robbery's, Store Robbery's, FZ raids, Hostage situations etc. With this i will also make sure my units are still keeping the roads safe off illegally parked cars preventing any and all road traffic accidents. This will improve the RP as people will think twice about leaving there cars where ever they want bring a sense of Safety to our state.

Requirements to Join:
1. More than 6 Years in the state
2. No illegal Hand or Face Tattoos
3. Must have a clear Background
4. Must have Drivers licence, Health Insurance and Gun Licence
My Departments:
Human Resources: They will be in charge of hiring people into our organisation and reviewing applications. They will also be in charge of completing interviews and assisting with any and all Recruitment Drives.
Internal Affairs: They will be in charge of doing Background checks, Log inspections, Bodycam requests, Internal Actions etc. They are also in charge of making sure our organisation is clean from people carrying illegal items, Prison terms on background checks etc.
SWAT: They are in charge of leading store robberies, hostage situations etc. They will respond with the weapons necessary to get the Job done. They will also work closely with NG to use there arena to practice there shooting to make sure they are ready for all situations they encounter.
Highway Enforcement: They will be in charge of making sure there are no illegally parked cars or people speeding on our highways and streets of San Andreas. They will also be in charge of doing Boarder Patrols making sure no Illegal items are entering out County.
Public Relations: They will be in charge of organising and leading events and brining positive relations to citizens of San Andreas. They will also make sure all citizens are happy with how we are running out county and if there is any problems they will ask how we can improve them.
