-At 14 seconds into the video, he is ramming a car and entering a restricted area, committing two rule violations.

At 57 seconds, he rams my car again and enters the prohibited area once more, committing two rule violations.

At 2:38 in the video, he re-enters the ghetto and commits another rule violation.

Everything is available in my pov. LSPD should receive a warning here.
