Throughout my time in the Grand RP city, I remember myself as part of a gang. I played in Grand RP for over six months, during which time I acquired very high RP skills and a good knowledge base. I want to lead the Grove Street Families to restore its legacy and influence in the community, ensuring that we reclaim our rightful place as a respected force.in rules, events & etc. I have experience in leading a gang, and I have had times HC in gangs mentioned below.1. 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I thought to myself, it's my time for me to become a leader with my experience, and I'm ready for this challenge.
From my experience, often there is no competition between gangs because some of the leaders are lazy and do only the minimum required, and I want to change that.
I'm sure and believe that with my experience, the gang will succeed and go far, and a successful gang needs a leader with high
motivation, and I believe I possess it; I am best suited to lead the Families.

And I want to take Families because in my opinion Families is one of the best gangs but not alot of people love it and love to join it even though its color and hq are not bad as all the people say these days and I know that under my leadership I will make Families the best and the most active gang and make everyone join it and make it the most active gang in the city. Families are so underrated, gang, which doesn't get a chance to show their potential as a gang, and in my time in this city, I want to show people that it's real potential.

Lastly I want to take leadership of Families because I want to use all the knowledge I got from my time as LEO side RP and my time in RP to improve the rp and make the ghetto active again and make hostage situations with all the other gangs to make the ghetto more lively then usual and I know that I can do it and make Families active with my deputies. As the gang leader of I'll make sure to listen to the curator and comply with them. I will make sure that my term ends on a good note.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I aim to implement strategic initiatives that will enhance our operations, expand our territory, and improve our resources for the benefit of all members. I will make a lot of store robberies and fz raids with other gangs to make the fz raids have a lot more rp than usual. I will make sure to comply with the curator and act accordingly. I will help other gangs to do things like ghetto clapping and fz raid, and hostage, so that always gangs are active and have a lot of RP to do.

I want to build a legacy and show the power of Groove Street Families as an organization and as a name itself, families it menas a lot to me. There will be no favoritism in families. I'll meet the weekly requirement for the Gangs and do many more activities as a gang. I am passionate about celebrating and promoting the culture and values of the Grove Street Families, ensuring that our identity is preserved and respected in the broader community. As a leader, I want to effectively mediate conflicts with rival gangs and within our ranks, promoting peace and stability for our organization. I will not allow toxicity in Families because the toxicity ruins the RP, and I will not tolerate any kind of toxicity.
