Dear Administrators,
I received a ban for a violation under rule 6.22, allegedly for stealing from the family in which I was a co-leader. I had already been warned once for this rule, but at that time my appeal was rejected (link to the appeal: Rejected - G.P.6.22 I 42918). Two months have passed since the appeal was denied, and after that, we reconciled with the mentioned person and wanted to continue working on a new family. However, we soon realized that we were not moving up on the leaderboard, so I told the leader that I would leave the family because the members were inactive and unserious. He then told me that I could leave the family, but only if I gave him 2 million, so that he wouldn’t report me for rule 6.22.
I replied that I would not give him the money because I had not stolen anything. On Discord, we have a record of how the warehouse is emptied, and whoever empties it must log it. Most of the time, I was responsible for emptying the warehouse and, although I did put family items into the trunk, I never did it in excessive amounts nor used them dishonestly. These items were used for events, and I even shared some of them with members, as certain vehicles had specific ranks required to use them (e.g., Kamacho rank 8).
In the end, I left the family, and the leader just reacted with laughter. To this day, that leader has been banned for constant rule violations, as he was reported multiple times for various infractions.
It has now been quite some time since the incident. If you still believe I made a mistake, I want to assure you that I have taken this time to reflect, calm down, and learn from the situation. I believe I can now approach the game in a more positive and constructive way.
I truly respect the server rules and would be grateful for another chance to roleplay with my friends. I apologize if I unknowingly violated any rule, but I promise to strictly follow all rules and the instructions of the administration from now on.
