Rejected ER 1.9 + PG | 390169

At timestamp 0:34 of the POV, ID 390169 can be seen parking his vehicle on top of the common treasure parachute so that I cannot access it, therefore breaking ER 1.9. He is also seen exiting his vehicle at timestamp 0:35 in my POV with a shotgun in his hand hence clearly violating PG rule since he cannot drive with shotgun in hand.
