2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i ) So as i started playing Grand RP in first i chossed to be a LEO and save the city from gangs and help legal organization to grow and i had Served for different type of legal organizations like serving for SAHP , LSPD , NG and FIB and i had been served for these organizations at good position like serving Highcommand and a Deputy in NG in city 2.
ii ) Being a leader is not just a rank it is about how you can manage the org properly and i know that i have that leading skills and i can manage my Org properly and help new players to join by hiring good HR and hiring is the main thing as i know i had saw a lot of orgs which have a Lack of HR and this is a point i will make my org active by doing Mass hiring by quality of HR,s i will hire and you will see in my term the org will be very active and also make PR department active by doing IC events
iii ) As i have seen some of the people who are deserving and they cant get what they want like if there is a guy who is working hard for a high command rank and he cant acheive that by even doing hard work in the org by his faith and heart i will do a promotion ceremony at the end of every weak and give out promotions the ones who are deserving for it and also i will do meeting with all the peoples in org and see what is the thing we need to improve and be better in everything so as i told i had served being as a LEO in alot of orgs i have noticed that their are some peoples who doesnt deserves that much rank that they have that all is the thing of Curroption so i am pretty sure that i will end the favourtism and corruption and be fair with everyone and treat them equally .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1- No corruption ,no favortism , no power abuse and no toxicity will be Tolerated
3.2- Good relation with other organizations and as well with citizens
3.3 - i will make sure a high command is capable for his rank or not like i said their will be no favortism , corruption or any kind of power abuse . i see some units having a higher rank change their attitude they are not helping their junior units or being toxic with citizens and not complying the rules that will be not tolerated .
3.4- I will organize IC meetings at every weekends for checking the details that which department is most hard working and they will get personal bonus by me for their hardwork and courage regarding the organization.
3.5 - Good and polite HC which can manage the org without favourtism and help newbie players to take interviews and trainings , etc .

2. No illegal Hand or Face Tattoos
3. Must have a clear Background , No prison terms
4. Must have Drivers licence, Health Insurance and Gun License

Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.

Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.
Strike 3: For the most serious offences. This could lead to termination .
