Life story:
William was born into poverty in a rundown town in Wales. From a very young age William was seen as a failure by his peers and even the people he looked up to, he was never given a chance. William hated school as bullies made his life a misery, William felt completely invisible his entire life. When William was 13 he ran into teens who offered him drugs and convinced him it would be a escape from the harsh world, it started off lightly to escape the pain, but quickly developed into a addiction.
At the age of 15, his sister, the only person that cared about him, passed away due to an overdose. This resulted in his parents to drink alcohol a lot, making them abusive, violent and unpredictable. William, hardened with anger began to commit crimes such as, dealing drugs and robbing stores. William made alot of money and grew more greedier as time when on. But, his luck ran out when he was arrested and received a massive fine that his family could not afford. William was kicked out of the house and forced to live on the streets. With nothing left, he fled to Los Santos to start fresh.
Career story:
In Los Santos, William tried to rebuild himself, he joined the police force using a fake identity. Surprisingly, he exceeded his street knowledge and tough past gave him an edge. He eventually climbed the ranks and joined the undercover department, busting drugs.
This brought back old temptations. William started skimming drugs from drug busts, selling them on the side and making connections with gang members and criminals under the radar. William used his badge as a shield, learning the inside out of the drug trafficking and smuggling routes.
An investigation was launched on William for missing narcotics from evidence, immediately he left and changed his name and is now starting fresh again.
Outcomes:
1. William can work with other corrupt officers from any state org for his own gain.
2. William can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
3. William can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape.
4. William can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
5. William can take contracts or start random prison breaks. ( with Darknet task or using USB 1 time daily )
6. William has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
