2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I was part of EMS some months ago but I have to left it because hardworking people not getting there correct rank most of the high command don't know about how take department how behave with other organisation members they all got promotion because there friends were high command at that time so they also get promotion without doing nothing but if I get a chance to become a leader of EMS I will follow a proper chain of command and every promotion must go through a process or test and if anyone try to promote anybody without any reason he / she have to face punishment for that
2. So After Getting a proper experience in EMS I understood one thing that there is a lot of problems with the employee most of them grind for paycheck or wait at PH front so that they can go on duty there because number of amount of people at PH is very high in comparison to SH . So most of them don't go to duty because they don't want to go to SH but I will change it I will set a task for each employee and there must be a minimum amount of hours at both PH , SH, GS calls also because SH patient is also important for us just like PH patient
3. So till now I was part of many legal organisation like SAHP, FIB etc and while I was on duty doing patrolling I have seen a large amount of people who are unconscious on the side of the road just because they met with a accident and no ems employee is there for helping or patching them and many time when I was unconscious while on duty even then There is no response from the ems ambulance so if I become leader I will put atleast 3 units on GS calls so that they can protect the people/ leos because Leos is protecting us from crime so it is our duty to protect them

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1. my first plan to make RP level better is by hiring the right employee not any newbie who doesn't know the single RP rules because it will create a bad impression on ems
2. i will always hire people from different timezone so that there will be no empty lobby or empty gs calls
( Day shift and night shift)
3. I will organize weekly base promotion ceremony and try to provide each person the rank they deserve because of this they will work more harder and with full dedication
4. I will make sure that whenever leos need ems we will be there for them example - bank robbery, acc , hostage situation etc
5. I will create a compitition in which the person with most time on GS calls , lobby time will get extra bonus
6. I will accept member feedback and always be open to listening and improving myself too
7. I will try to solve all the dispute between organisation employee in a very friendly manner
8. I will punish anyone who is repeating a mistake or doing a mistake intentionally
