1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
Answer: Personally, I think that with my activity, dedication, and seriousness toward the role I am currently applying for, and with the help of the higher-ups, I would do whatever it takes in my power to be of help in any situation possible. Based on the fact that I am an extremely quick learner and a serious character when it comes to situations that really matter and require a serious and educated person to control, I believe I could have a significant effect on certain things. This makes me think that, if I were given the opportunity to take on this role and play it as fairly as possible, I would be a great help to the whole administration team.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
Answer: I have had deputy in top 50,25, and 15 families + Under Deputy in ballas and bloods + High role/command in top 3 family with great significance.
3. What are your strengths?
Answer: Clear Understanding, level-headed, and fair judgement in tense situations. Good with communication and always approach situations that require criticism with fairness, and professionalism.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Answer: too shy to ask for help sometimes. less often than not overwhelmed ( unlikely though )
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
Answer: i can bring in my personal strength in fairness to every person making sure there is no bias and everyone is treated fairly, respectfully, and justly. With my great understanding skills in situations where people are in conflict, i can bring my skill in to make sure i know the situation of both sides and what's really happening and come up with a solution to defuse any issues to my best.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Answer: Shouldn't be a big issue but school is coming up soon but I'm very good at managing my time for the things i have going on in life.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Answer: Despite my past behavior and actions, i have learnt a lot in order to completely get rid of any actions that might refrain the admin team from considering me as their assistant.
