Hello, I received a 7-day ban from a forum opened on Sunday. I've realized my mistake and won't do it again. I'm a good player and love this game. 7 days is too much. I request that my ban be at least reduced.

You hae an automatic ban for 3 warnings. You should have stopped before it reaches this far.
