Life Story:
Blend was born in Kurdistan's ruged mountain where the wind whispred old story. As a child, he tended sheep and studied the songs of his grandfather, which were sung in Kurdish. His heart pounded to the beat of the daf drum, and his aspiration reached beyond valleys. During difficult times, he taught children in villages their language and history in secret. As he grew older, Blend became a voice for his country by writing poetry, keeping culture alive, and asserting himself proudly in the Kurdish language. Altough he never left his country, his voice traveled far. after some months blends village was affected by flood and his people lost their lives and property. no matr goverment peple were corrupted and stopped the help. Afterward he decided to join the SAHP and help people.
Career Story:
Blend began his career at SAHP and was initially proud that he had at last aquired a steady income. Though he had a decent slary, he soon realized that it was not enough to cater to the needs of his impoverished village. He watched how corrupt officers around him enjoyed luxury life with bribes and mnimal worklod. On ther lifestyle and prompted by a pereption of the need to help his comunity, and easily and freely, Blend strted accepting money under the table in the guise of a bribe, justfying that he needed it to keep on operating his programs. He became more deeply involved in money laundering, misleading investigations, and accepting bribes for robberies. Dspite being wrong, Blend used most of the bribe money to fund and empower his people knowing that he was right but wrong in the approach.
Outcomes:
1-Blend can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.
2- Blend can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) Two times per situation
3- Blend can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal items and guns. (no Organization weapons included).
4- Blend can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, GR. 610 and 6.19).
5- Blend can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons).
6- Blend can refuse to give a 10-15 a lawyer/ lie about asking for one and still detain them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
7- Blend can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (withn sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe.
8- Blend can take contracts or start random prison breaks due to his mental issues. (with Darknet task or using USB)
9- Blend can become a hostage for bribes up to 100k.
10- Blend can refuse to show his ID to any Leos and any citizens to save himself while doing corruption. (with proper RP situation)
