Life Story: Harry Plurion was born in the UAE in the heart of Dubai to a well privileged family. Since he was young he noticed his family doing shady work and kept learning from it. He grew up surrounded by corruption and wealth and learned how to play both sides. Since his baby teeth age Harry was always chasing power and dominance by leading a small gang in his teenage years that used to rob people and harass them but he had pity so he wouldn’t hurt them or rob them of very valuable things. He also met his best cousin and friend Cory Vapor who had the same views when they were young.
Harry in his mid teenage years got into illegal drifting like most Arabs at that time. He was drifting insanely and his driving skills were so good that the cops couldn’t catch him. His downfall in drifting came when one of his so called friends ratted on him and snitched to the police to avoid jail time. That was when Harry's trust issues started and around the same time Cory told Harry to move to the USA Los Santos in their early twenties to look for a clean police career.
After three years in Los Santos Harry met a guy named Karim who told him about the ammunition market and selling guns. Harry got interested and started learning little by little and eventually made a good amount of money from selling guns on the black market at Strawberry Street.
Career Story: Harry Plurion career started at the LSPD during William Robinsons term. He got his first officer training from a guy called Isaac who taught him the basics of arrests and towing. Since that time Harry started climbing the chain of command in the LSPD due to his ability to get things done. He later joined the HRT department where he made a lot of connections by training people. Because of those connections he got in touch with a few criminal affiliated individuals who were ex LSPD and knew Harry from his amazing training.
Harry never forgot his past but he was waiting for the right moment. Now he finally got the chance during Jason Saint term.
Outcomes:
1- Harry Plurion can take bribes (up to 100k) and guns
2- Harry Plurion can also remove wanted list and remove criminal history from friends/ family and get paid for it (up to 100k)
3- Harry Plurion can search and destroy bodycams using the command /try to search for bodycam and /do to destroy it.
4- Harry Plurion can break any state law such as using illegal guns and kill Leos to hide his identity.
5- Harry Plurion torture/interrogate for information and can use truth serum to get true information. ( using /try command twice per situation).( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 )
6- Harry Plurion can arrest/capture anyone for fake charges, and has the ability to frighten/disrespect anyone such as how gang members do. [Within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe] [Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10, and 6.19].
