Greetings Lebron,
this picture shows the name of my Social Club Account that I used until recently until I got banned by Aldin Verstappen. When I first created the account, I had another social club account and I changed it without knowing the rules, I was punished for it and I explained in the appeal that I did it without knowing that it was not allowed, Mujo Simba unbanned me and I should have just continued to play on the new social club and not to change anymore because it would be a violation of the rules again, a long time has passed and now I am punished for the same thing again and I don't understand why I am sure that my account was not hacked and that my no one entered the account because I had items and they were not stolen. Below you have a link to the complaint where I explained that I changed social account without knowing it and got unbanned for it and I stayed on the new social acoount because I lost my password and login information from the old one a long time ago, I will ask you to consider this complaint because I miss hanging out with my friends on this wonderful project. If I can provide you with some information that you need, please let me know exactly what those things are because I am not knowledgeable about all of this, thank you for your time.
