This guy 176589 offered me irl trade.If you show this POV to an admin who understands Turkish, they will see that he shamelessly offered to buy game currency from me in exchange for Turkish lira, and that he did so while in RP chat, and they will explain the situation to you.

As someone who understands Turkish, the subject is correct. Here he says that he sold it for 1m 40 TL and he says that he wants to buy it from you. This is a violation of the gr1.6 rule, even if it is a joke, answering this positively in an RP is a violation of the rules.
