1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
ans- honestly? i wanna support the server at a higher level. i already play alot i even work at the ems! i like to provide help for people. i want to keep an eye on that singular people and whole rp situations are getting treated fairly! Knowing myself, i know how to keep myself neutral, handle quick and clean in any situation where i am needed. The Server is Huge and i see alot of people struggling knowing i cant do much more than i can right now and i'd really wanna change that, as this is fun to me! Maybe mentioning that i am a Female player, who is pretty much on business. I cant be triggered. But i do see alot of unfair behavior towards our girls in the city, also alot towards myself. I Play Daily, meaning i get daily into contact with sexist People who threaten me alot, not just with Death but also vulgar sexually. I get alot of help already from the team as i am working in EMS and am reporting incidents! but yeah i just really wanna help people not just un conflicts but also when they are being attacked in the lowest way possible!
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
My experiences:
I've been in a couple of families but to be honest it has always just been to be friendly interact and have a great time! As i am right now in the Marelli Family, being friendly and knowing a couple of the Mods! (
EMS- i worked before at the EMS last year ago and was pretty active.
returned now since a couple of Months and am Happy to serve the People with my Intern soon to be Doctor Rank!!
i know its not much but thats why i am here! i wanna learn i wanna get experience.
3. What are your strengths?
I'am a Calm person, as mentioned neutral as in conflict resolutions.
I work quick and commit to things rather than starting over and over again.
I'd like to say about myself that i am super organized and have a clear friendly communication.
beside that i like order alot and i know damn well helping people with tickets ( for example) and planning Events will rather be fun and satisfying to me than anything else!
4. What are your weaknesses?
i'm a perfectionist, what can stress me in some situations, wanting to find the perfect solutions or for example, planning an event wanting it to be all perfect
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I am a Person that is huge with organizing, meaning with me in your Team u will never have to worry about Missing evidence, etc...
people will get fairly punished, Tickets will be as good as Empty, i work clean and fast. Creative work, coming to Events. An active Helpful fair Admin who takes her responsibilty seriously!!
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I am not in any possession of an business, but if i would be ofc i'd understand and wouldnt have any issue whatsoever!
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
Nope! Not at all! As my work is creative and totally chosen by myself i am free whenever i am needed!
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I value consistency and transparency! As mentioned i am neutral so seeing tickets from Family Members, Friends, Orga Member generally people i know or am was in contact with, even if its a person i dislike, it wouldnt take away from my professionalism nor affect the situation.
