Life Story:
Levi Totoro was born in a small village in Los Santos. His family was not rich enough for his school life and his needs but his family could afford him the useful things that he needed. Although he never complained and lived his childhood happily, after some years he passed his 12th with great marks and he had an aim to join the Medical team and be a surgeon to serve his country a good health and to overcome the slavery and poor life of his family that he lived in small towns. Well after scoring good marks in 12th and having good grades to join a collage for his dream, now he is studying and trying to advance for his dream and working hard in his collage studies.
Levi flew back into the city called LOS SANTOS once more she started doing some work for the city as an LSPD officer then he saw lots of people getting hurt so she wanted to help people in an more meaningful way and she went to a medical school then she started working for the hospital after a while she didn't get the same joy as she was getting while she was a police officer she wanted more action in his life and as the fate would show he saw jay hill in the hospital and talked with him for a while about his doubts, jay hill said there was an opening in LSPD, so he gave his resignation from his position in EMS and joined LSPD once more while he was off duty in the beach market she saw a glimmer and as he moved closer he saw a beautiful young lady named Tau Verlice and she was stunned in that state words came out of his mouth will you marry me and even though she knew it was really sudden and weird, he had a feeling she would agree to it so on that faithful day they got married and they went hiking and loved every second of it the joy of finding strawberries recycling scrap metal to make the planet a better place to live in and because he had more free time than a FIB employee they would go on to have more enjoyable family time together and while doing that he could make some money. but after a while, due to a relationship accident, they broke up and divorced, and now Levi works much and harder to earn money and only advance in life.
Outcomes: -
1. Because he was a skilled driver of FIB, Levi developed a great deal of experience driving on several terrains, including grass, sand, dirt, and gravel. It is crucial to remember that driving in the mountains or other unfeasible driving conditions is outside the scope of his expertise (No UB driving and No Non-RP driving).
2. Levi can defeat four opponents by himself because of his close quarters combat experience (With accompanying Fear RP but no RDM).
3. Levi can inject a special serum of truth to obtain information (Only with /try twice per situation).
4. Levi is a skilled pilot. He can land in tight spots, fly low to the ground to follow people, and even go under bridges to keep an eye on people in boats. But it's important to know that Totoro doesn't do crazy flying stunts like flying into tunnels (No UB Flying).
5. Levi can give fake information to a LEO or a Gang member for his own benefit.
6. Levi can use the truth serum to get the truth out of someone (with appropriate/try commands)
7. Levi can find someone's bodycam (with /try commands) and break it (with /do commands) to delete all present evidence.
