Hello, administrators. I was recently penalised for violating ER 1.7. The reason for this was that I was unable to register for the event due to a malfunction in my registration programme. I apologise for this. I have never experienced such a situation before. I always adhere to the server rules as much as possible and regularly participate in events. I kindly request that my penalty be lifted or reduced to the minimum.
