Owen never really had a chance at normal life, being born into a broken home, he learned early on that trust was just another word for betrayal. He spent a lot of his early years alone and trying to piece together what a normal life looks like, in doing so he found a small group of people who he saw as his real family. Owen began working hard trying to build his life for the better, managing to build on his strengths and eventually land a job as a trooper for the SAHP. But his new group he saw as a family took a different path, encouraging Owen to help them clear their illegal messes and help deal drugs and items on the streets. Owen was dragged into a confusing world, one he found addictive. The power of being law enforcement allowed him to feel untouchable especially whilst occasionally dipping into the illegal world of bribing and helping his family. The only issue was, Owen didn’t know how much of a hole he was digging for himself…
Career Story: 100-350 Words
Since Owen joined and began his career with San Andreas Highway Patrol, he has always desired building himself to be respectful, having others look up to him and supporting people around him. He was quick to make a name for himself known for his long shifts and constant patrolling Owen quickly gained the trust of his fellow officers. He quickly worked up the ranks to a point where now he has the trust of officers and no one questions the decisions he makes. Because of this trust, no one ever questioned where Owen disappeared to on his patrols, people would assume he was arresting but in secret Owen would slip off and go support his family members when they needed him the most. If anyone got caught Owen would be there to help them, under any circumstance family comes first for Owen. Owen now has the ability to make the people who pose a threat to his family members and fellow officers, things are going to change a lot for Owen in his position for power, not for the better.
Outcomes:
1. Owen can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe).
2. Owen is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, 3. break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3. Owen is able to lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer
4. Owen can cuff, torture and break the bodycam of other LEO’s to save his family and friends (Keeping in mind he cannot kill them)
5. Owen can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, GR 3.1, 3.2, 6.10 and 6.19)
6. Owen can add or remove people in the wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason)
7. Owen can remove peoples criminal backgrounds or wanted list for a bribe ( up to $100,000 or weapons/equivalent to it)
8. Owen can arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe)
9. Owen can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
10. Owen can engage in criminal activity such as go for the ghetto clap, buy/sell guns from black market, or use illegal stuff. ( No ORG weapons included)
