Canny Talk is a deranged and corrupt SAHP officer, moulded by a childhood full of paranoia, betrayal, and institutional neglect. Diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia as a teen, Canny developed a deep mistrust of authority, ironically leading him into law enforcement to manipulate the very system he once feared. Growing up with no real support system, his only real bond is with his best friend, Owen Bosh, who enables and participates in many of Canny's criminal exploits.
Canny hides behind his badge but operates on his own set of rules. To him, laws are tools, not boundaries. He routinely lies to suspects about calling lawyers, rejects legal requests, and refuses to show ID. If someone questions his authority, he doesn't hesitate to destroy evidence, smashing body cams (/try and /do up to 2x per situation).
Canny freely engages in illegal activities, solo or with trusted allies like Owen or his family. He can arrest or fine anyone who bothers him citizen or LEO. He's known to lie under oath, sell/trade illegal goods, alter criminal records, and even assist criminals with escapes. If a detainee (10-15) resists, torture isn't off the table.

Canny Talk didn't join the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SWAT DIVISION) to protect and serve he joined to dominate and exploit. From day one, he used his charm and cunning to manipulate his way through training, covering up unstable behaviour and mental outbursts. Diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia years prior, he mastered the art of appearing functional while hiding a fractured mind.
Once on the force, Canny started small, harassing civilians for minor infractions and lying about procedure. He'd deny suspects their rights, destroy any video evidence by searching for and smashing body cams using his now-infamous two-step method, and refuse to show identification. His unpredictability earned him a fear-based respect within the ranks.
With his best friend Owen Bosh at his side, Canny began building a shadow empire within SAHP. They'd help known criminals escape custody, remove handcuffs behind closed doors, and tamper with prison records. Whether it was selling weapons from the dark net, trading classified documents, or accepting bribes to "forget" someone's charges, Canny was always looking for profit and control.
He often abused his authority to arrest or fine people simply for annoying him, including fellow officers.
