Life Story -:
Cheema was born in a typical punjabi family. When he was 18 he lost his parents in a car accident and decided to move abroad. When all people preferred Canada to move Cheema decided to go America and landed in city of Los Santos. He started his journey as a gang member in Los Santos Vagos making him brave and tough guy. He was having a great time but then he realized he cant earn much and decided to have a shift in carrer.
He joined LSPD and got LEO training from there. But he felt bored as he didnt knew anyone and after leaving it in a week he joined NG as he meet his old friend there. He progressed there mastered his flying skills and soon he became High Command, then soon he got retired from military. After this Cheema didnt look back joined FIB served as High Command, then SAHP there was High Command. As of now also Cheema is high command at LSPD.
Outcomes -:

2- Cheema Singh can easily drive cars (except super cars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
