Dear Admin Team,

I am writing to sincerely request the removal of a blacklist associated with my PC. The ban was placed on July 6, 2024, months before I purchased the device on October 29, 2024. I was not the original owner at the time and had no connection to the actions that caused this ban.

Since i got the laptop when i try to open the grand rp it does not load my friend gave me a suggestion that try using vpn we know it was against the server .still we want to give it try the vpn thing worked out my rage multiplayer started to download the grand rp files for the first time ie 20gb .After the completion the first showed up is blacklisted by Adham Pluxury . "i don't have id of my own i just have my grand rp account which is recently created i never came to the city ".

Since buying the PC, I haven’t been able to open or play the game at all. I don’t know much about RP, and I honestly don’t understand why my applications keep getting rejected. I have read all the rules and followed the format for filling out the forms, but I still can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. Please, I truly need your help to understand the reason and give me a fair chance.

As a new and responsible owner, I feel this situation is very unfair to me. I kindly beg you to review my case and consider lifting the blacklist. For identification purposes, I have entered “00” as the ID and left the name field blank, as I currently have no access to the game since the first day of laptop purchase.
Please consider my request I just want to be able to play fairly like everyone else.
