Answer:--
Following are my three reasons for why I want to be a leader of FIB:--
A). WHY FIB ?
As we all know FIB holds the most highest standard in the field of law enforcement , high level of investigation, undercover and this are the thing which has always drawn me towards FIB. Due to it various exciting departments there is a vast amount of Roleplaying scenario to get into with.
I personally think fib is not just about arrest but it's about dismantling the crime even before they grow.
Due to its various mission from going undercover to negotiation FIB always pushed everyone to grow and develop skills.
It's an environment where I can constantly grow my skills and knowledge and at the same time lead this organisation.
B). EXPERIENCE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS:--
I uphold a strong leadership experience. Due to the chance I was given to lead SAHP through my vision I have not only learnt many things but also have sharpen by leadership skills and ability to uphold more pressure situation , learned how to handle or manage team , resolve ongoing conflict,
and the most important thing how to keep myself calm and respectful in every situation that is thrown towards me.
I believe this experience will help me maintain FIB to its peak and create a discipline , professionalism environment.
C). MY VISION OF GROWTH:--
I understand with the role of director there come a huge responsibility towards keeping and maintaining a good and healthy relationship between all the organisation in the city. Through my vision I want to propose an equal opportunity to each and every organisation , give them an equal opportunity to come and participate with FIB in every operation. I wish to keep everything friendly and opportunities at the same time upholding professionalism.
I want to make sure that FIB is known not just for it authority but for its professional and reliability. I want to create a environment in every operation and event where FIB's professionalism and standard are reflected and through which other organisation get motivated and inspire to match the same.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Answer:--
Following are my advice for improving the Roleplay level in FIB-
A). LEAD BY AN EXAMPLE:--
I believe improving the Roleplay in any organisation starts with the leader itself.
So I will be trying to set an example of professional , serious and consistent Roleplay in any operation, Events or in any scenario. When members see it they are more likely to follow and improve their own Roleplay. As a leader, I would demonstrate the level of RP expected in every situation whether its conducting a suspect interrogation . properly reading out rights before an arrest, or coordinating an undercover operation.
B). Realistic and well-organized training is the backbone of quality roleplay. I would implement regular "on the field" training sessions focusing on FIB related scenarios such as practicing coordinated clear operations , giving change to everyone during hostage negotiations with other orgs which will give them a chance to learn and grow their knowledge and skills and conduct suspect interrogations . These will help members to sharpen their RP skills, improve communication under pressure, and react in high pressure situation.
C). To increase the Roleplay standard I would involve each and every organisation including LSPD . SAHP, GOV, EMS in different operating and events and also perform combined undercover investigation using their help and support, conduct combine operations, special patrols.
I will host a regular meeting with the other organisations leader's and take their feedbacks and discuss about on going crimes and criminal group in the city.
Hosing a combined events with other organisations to make them motivational and a great starting for roleplay.
Conducting regular inspection with government. Conducting regular meeting with the FIB agents and hosting small weekly ceremony to reward the most active agents.
At the end its all about a strong communication skill that provide good and rich roleplay so i will make sure to keep this in y mind and follow a good and health communication and language in radios and during the on going rp situations.
If given chance i will do my best to lead FIB to its peak.
