- do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A. Strong community and teamwork focus
I have a big and active community of players and families who work together really well. With their support and teamwork, I believe we can go beyond what was achieved in previous terms. My goal is to keep activity at the highest level in all divisions, respond to the maximum number of events possible, and make sure we follow all the rules while doing it.
B. Solid leadership experience
I meet all the requirements and have the experience to run the organization smoothly. I’ve been Undersheriff (29) under Juli Parker, Dave Scovield, and Rin Gold, Lieutenant General (29) during Sky Helburn’s term, Commander (28) multiple times in both FIB and LSPD, and I’ve reached the highest positions in EN3. With this background, I know how to manage and lead the FIB in a professional and efficient way.
C. Building a skilled and professional team
I don’t just want numbers — I want quality. I will focus on recruiting experienced, motivated agents and giving them proper training to improve their skills, activity, and knowledge. This way, the FIB will have both strong numbers and a high level of professionalism.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
I plan to set up a strong Public Relations Department that will regularly organize events to engage with the community, promote good RP, and keep the organization active and respected on the server.
A strong RP culture also depends on how we work with others. I would prioritize good relationships with other organizations by planning joint cases, coordinated patrols, and shared events. These collaborations create unpredictable, dynamic situations that push everyone to roleplay at a higher level.
I’ll also focus on practical, scenario-based training that feels like the real thing. Instead of just theory, agents will participate in planned field exercises: clearing buildings as a unit, running controlled arrest procedures, or managing tense negotiation situations. By rotating roles, everyone will get the chance to lead, communicate under pressure, and develop quick decision-making skills — all of which lead to more immersive RP.
