Honourable Admin Chief,
I, Aishu Drone, former EMS Chief of GRAND RP EN3, submit this formal statement not only as a matter of personal defense but also as an appeal for integrity within a project I have deeply admired and dedicated myself to. I have loved this project, respected its vision, and given my all to ensure EMS remained strong and functional for the community, even through repeated leadership disruptions.
Yet, just hours before my term was due to be completed, I was unjustly targeted and removed from my position by the combined actions of Admin Shisui Uchiha, Devil Uchiha, Rizwan Maddy, Gian Pluxury, Lucky Pluxury, and Mike Wolfy. What transpired was not merely a difference of opinion; it was a systematic and deliberate campaign to discredit, harass, and ultimately remove me from my role despite my proven leadership and commitment. Also just for your knowledge, Shisui Uchiha, Devil Uchiha, and Aizen Uchiha are three college friends who live in the same neighbourhood, and you can check from the logs. Devil Uchiha is continuously targeting the Uchiha Clan, and also Shisui used Aizen Uchiha's account to spy on us which is clearly account sharing. Shisui even covered the lobby from Aizen Uchiha's account to spy on us, and they are using the Uchiha name so no one can suspect them when they give punishments. Also, I want to say Mike Wolfy is a good administrator, but I think he was manipulated by Shisui because I talked with him, and he is a nice guy. Also, I want to take your attention to forums. 90% of punishments given by Devil Uchiha are wrong, and I think Shisui helped him become Admin, as Devil Uchiha doesn't have much experience in the city and doesn't know many rules.
I accepted in good faith, based on their promises. However, when I sought to improve the EMS bonus system, including offering 100k per hour to cover the SH lobby at night, they refused and insisted on the old system. We compromised by issuing additional bonuses in hand (from my own funds), which was entirely fair and in the interest of EMS morale. This, however, became the pretext for a targeted campaign against me.

Right now EMS is doing corruption, and EMS Leader is Helping a ban evader who who put a forum against me with using my Stream Video and Mike did not even investigated it properly that this guy is banned from Rage MP here is Proof of his old Forum account and you can see his name in different leaders applications.

Which confirm that this guy is ban evading and the current EMS leader also knows that and gave him the COS role, so the EMS leader should be punished for helping a ban evader.
And yet, just hours before the natural conclusion of my term, this is the treatment I received.
I ask you:
After giving my heart, my time, my personal resources, and my unwavering loyalty to this project… do I deserve this?
If my removal was truly justified, then let the logs, the community feedback, and the objective facts speak, not the biased interpretations of those with personal vendettas. My lawyer is prepared to reach out formally if necessary, but I hope the management will review this matter with fairness, transparency, and respect for the values GRAND RP stands for.
Because in the end, it is not only my reputation at stake but also the credibility of the project itself.

1. Gian DM Proof: He deleted his message where he was asking me to take the term of EMS and i replied him that i will not take the term and my message is still in proof.
2. Proof Of Ban: I got ban just 22:31 you can see the time and i was working in EMS at this point as well because my term was ending after 00:00.

Lucky Pluxury Just after server reset he just started spamming cover SH so if we don't reply he can issue us warning.
Hasan Error Our employee just got Code A and he starting spamming cover SH.
Rezwan Maddy He use to stand everyday to get a chance for issues warning on EMS and even my some of employee were use to complain about him for scaring them and he also gave warning to one of my most active employee for running while holding medicine.
They all have been doing this multiple times but we just have this many proof to just show you right now because I was not knowing I will be suffering from this punishment which I don't deserve after all giving my whole 30 days to EMS.
4. Devil Uchiha Wrong Decision Proof: For no reason Devil Uchiha gave Only EMS Employee FL in RP where there was no RP situation going on. Even there was two more Players talking with us in the similar language Hindi And He didn't give punishment to them he only punished Ems employee.(Name Of EMS Emplooyee: Nikki Hui, Subir Uchiha and Me Aishu Drone)
5. Using Three Party Application To Ban Me: I was doing my live stream and it was my personal space where I was giving my suggestions my opinions to my viewers and this has been used against me as targeting as I was a EMS chief he used this live stream and post a forum on me because he want his friend to get the term of EMS and for no such reason this forum got approved which was not his own POV And it's a clearly doxing
and you can see the proof above he is also a possible Ban Evader.

Background
The EMS term had been repeatedly disbanded in the past. At one point, Gian Pluxury began sending mass DMs to potential candidates for a temporary term. Most declined. Eventually, Shisui Uchiha appointed his best friend and roommate, Aizen Uchiha, as a temporary leader. When a permanent leader could not be found, Gian and Shisui approached me with assurances, offering the position under the guise of me being a “Curator” with certain advantages and reliefs. (You can ask them if it's true or not; if Gian and Shisui have a bit of integrity left, they will accept it.)I accepted in good faith, based on their promises. Pattern of Targeting
- Rizwan Maddy(Not EMS Curator), despite having no curator authority over EMS, began loitering at PH Front, confronting my staff, and manufacturing complaints. Employees provided me with evidence of his constant presence and attempts to provoke mistakes for the sake of issuing warnings.
- The administrators began instructing other admins to monitor and report the smallest infractions, no matter how trivial. For example, Devil Uchiha (college friend of Shisui) muted me for “talking in RP” when, in fact, I was having a general conversation outside the green zone in a language understood by all present, and there were 5 people involved in speaking Hindi, but only EMS employees were punished. When I appealed to Mike Wolfy, he removed the warning, citing “Good activity,” yet Shisui became verbally aggressive and disrespectful during the discussion with Mike and threatened me that he will blacklist me to shield Devil from accountability. At that moment I was very emotional, and Shisui knew if they started an investigation, all 3 of them would be banned for targeting.
- During an EMS event I organized, one participant, among my most active staff, produced 277 CAPTCHAs (medicines) and was leading. On the last day, Rizwan had an associate file a ticket against him (which we are not sure, but he came there, so we assumed) for “power gaming” simply because he was running with medicines. This is abuser real-life medics often run to save time. This behavior suggested meta gaming and abuse of administrative influence, as several administrators maintain multiple Discord accounts and allegedly instruct friends to file false tickets.
- At an OOC event (where any language is permitted), Devil Uchiha(Collage Friend of Shisui) singled me out for speaking Hindi, clearly continuing his pattern of harassment. I was live streaming at the time.
- My livestream footage, content that is legally my intellectual property, was later used without my consent in a defamatory forum by his friend, posted against me so his friend can get a term. Devil Uchiha and Shisui Uchiha helped them in it, violating:

Legal and Ethical Breaches
- Violation of Forum Rules: The rules explicitly prohibit using another player’s POV without permission.
- Defamation (IPC Sections 499-500): The forum post and its content damaged my reputation publicly, extending beyond the game into real life.
- Negligence under Indian IT Law: Failure to investigate clear instances of targeting and harassment before imposing punitive actions.
EMS Mails nuking
One of our family members nuked the EMS mails, but later we find out his account was hacked. and we found out 2 days ago when Paras left the organization to do his battle pass task. Aizen Uchiha came to us and asked us why Paras left, and we told him he went to do battle pass tasks, and I think they were about to nuke the server at that time, but because Paras left it they were unable to do it, and now we are 100% sure Aizen Uchiha and Shisui Uchiha were behind that, so we cannot put a forum against this unfair ban.Current EMS

I have served EMS with diligence, creativity, and unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of RP. Every lobby was covered, staff morale was high, and events were active under my leadership.
