2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A). WHY FIB ?
I have always been drawn to the FIB because, as we all know, it has the greatest standards in the field of law enforcement, including high levels of investigation, professionalism and undercover work. There are a ton of role-playing scenarios to participate in because of its many fascinating departments.
In my opinion, FIB is about breaking up crimes before they get serious, not just making arrests.
Because of its many missions, which range from negotiating to going undercover, FIB always encouraged people to advance their knowledge and abilities.
It's a setting where I can lead this organization while also continuously improving my knowledge and abilities.
B). EXPERIENCE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
I maintain a solid background in leadership, To be specific FIB where I currently hold the position of Deputy Head of Department, Commander of SAHP, Minister of state in GOV. In addition to learning a lot, I have improved my leadership abilities and capacity to handle more stressful situations as a result of being given the above said opportunities through my vision. I have also learned how to manage a team, handle persistent conflict, and most importantly maintain composure and respect in any situation that comes my way.
I am confident that this experience will help me keep FIB at its best and establish a professional, disciplined atmosphere.
C). MY VISION OF GROWTH:
I am aware that the director position has a great deal of responsibility for preserving positive and harmonious relationships between all of the city's organizations. By means of my vision, I hope to offer every organization an equal chance to join FIB in all operations. I want to maintain professionalism while maintaining a welcoming environment and chances.
I want to ensure that FIB is renowned for its professionalism and dependability in addition to its authority. In every operation and event, I am confident to establish an atmosphere that reflects FIB's professionalism and standards, inspiring and motivating other organizations to follow suit.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
Below are my advice for improving the Roleplay level in FIB-
A). Realistic and well-organized training is the backbone of quality roleplay:
I would implement regular "on the field" training sessions focusing on FIB related scenarios such as practicing coordinated clear operations , giving change to everyone during hostage negotiations with other organizations which will give them a chance to learn and grow their knowledge and skills and conduct suspect interrogations, involving EMS in our internal organization operations (IA matters), hosting regular promotion ceremony for my agents . These will help members to sharpen their RP skills, improve communication under pressure, and react in high pressure situation.
. LEAD BY AN EXAMPLE:
I believe improving the Roleplay in any organization starts with the leader itself.
So I will be trying to set an example of professional , serious and consistent Roleplay in any operation, Events or in any scenario. When members see it they are more likely to follow and improve their own Roleplay. As a leader, I would demonstrate the level of RP expected in every situation whether its conducting a suspect interrogation . properly reading out rights before an arrest, or coordinating an undercover operation.
C). To increase the Roleplay standard
I would involve each and every organization including LSPD . SAHP, GOV, EMS in different operating and events and also perform combined undercover investigation using their help and support, conduct combine operations, special patrols.
involving EMS in our internal organization operations (IA matters), receiving tasks from Government to complete in exchange for weekly bonus, sending officers to EMS open recruitment to assist with security and background check(s) of the applicants, doing combat training in NG Base’s Arena together with their officers, Ocean Highway patrol in conjunction with SAHP and so much more.
Hosting a combined events with other organizations to make them motivational and boost connection and enrich the roleplay.
Conducting regular inspection in conjunction with government, and host multiple PR events for the citizens to boost RP and good relation with them.
If given chance i will do my best to lead FIB to the summit.
