1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Becoming an admin would give me the chance to support players, handle issues fairly, and contribute to the server’s growth and stability.
   
   
2. What are your strengths?
   rather than fuel conflicts.I’m also very organized and reliable. Whether it’s responding to tickets, enforcing server rules, or keeping track of logs and reports, I stay on top of my responsibilities. People can count on me to be active and consistent.
   Lastly, I’m fair and unbiased. I understand that being an admin means putting personal feelings and in-game relationships aside. I treat everyone equally, whether they’re new to the server or a long-time player.

4. What are your weaknesses?
   
   I sometimes take on too much at once because I want to help wherever I can. While my intentions are good, I’ve learned that spreading myself too thin can affect the quality of my work. I’ve been working on managing my time better and making sure I don’t overcommit so I can stay focused and effective.
   Another area I’ve been improving is delegation and asking for help. In the past, I’d try to handle everything on my own, but I’ve realized that teamwork is a big part of running a server smoothly. Now, I’m more comfortable relying on others and working as part of a team
