2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)|
2•1 : First reason (Proven Leadership & Experience) : I was a deputy in the department of Event management in one of the top 15 families, under deputy in Ballas, and Bloods, which gained me a lot of experience on leading groups of people to success. Therefore, i have a strong proven record of leadership which can be put to test with this spot if i were given a chance to take it on and become the leader of Ballas. I always made sure every event and every situation was led fairly, smoothly, and positively.
2•2 : Second reason ( supporting community with high growth potential ) : As I'm preparing to become leader of Ballas, I will firstly not only expand the organizations term with me as a leader, but I'm also prepared to be accompanied and backed up by a huge circle of loyal, trustworthy, and amazing friends who will help me throughout my time as Ballas Leader and whatever else space for improvement there is that is not filled. For these reason i am extremely confident in my ability to lead Ballas to absolute power and greatness like never been seen before by anyone else in the city of Los Santos.
2•3 : Third reason ( Strategic plans/goals for successful impact ) : Motivation, Positivity, Strategy. Motivation- With my motivation to lead this organization to success and the absolute top organization in Los Santos I will be sure to serve my time highly effective to everyone. Positivity- With my positivity that my leadership skills will impact the organization members to foster an extremely fun, eventful, positive community i am sure every member would love to roll with me in Ballas. Strategy- With my strategic skills i can have every member of the organization be sure to have fun through every activity whilst making sure to follow rules, enjoy their time as a team, and learn more and more every day leading them to one day not have to depend on anyone.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
• Event Activity : I will be sure to have everyone in the organization to constantly take part in every event Ballas has to offer with bonuses added on for their time spent with the community, attending events, loyalty, and respect. My reason for this is because the events tend to make players less bored of the game and always have something fun to do with a big community which makes their time in the city a lot more eventful and interesting while following RP rules.
• Member Control : I will be controlling every member in the community, making sure of their activity, being understanding if they're not able to attend events and stuff, removing toxicity from the organization by keeping crowd control and calming down tense situations between members that are or aren't apart of the organization to keep as little stress on players as possible to prevent toxicity/decisions that alter their future in Grand RP.
