2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? [List three reasons with an explanation]
2-1 My first reason is that i have many years of experience in this city and me and my friends felt ready for this term to take over the leadership of ballas and dominate the city. I was a hc at the last ballas term and i saw how inactive can the gang be sometimes. Thats what i want to change if ballas comes under my control.
2-2 My second priority is that I want to make the best spray and turf team possible and I want to get max profits every single hour cuz spraying is one of my main prioritys and I will take part in it too.Same thing with the turfs I want to and Im pretty sure I will make the best turf team of this city If I will become the leader
2-3My third reason is that I want to make peoples lives more fun by knowing the rules and giving them opportunity to participate in as many events, as I can possible lead.If someone in the gang doesnt know the rules Its an absurd thing that we need to help him learn them.Thats why we need to do 1 gun store and one store robbery every single day so the knowledge they learnt they can use it in an event.I also want to have an FZ every 3 days
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3-1Making a good community.I want the people to come to events to have fun not from necesarity.I dont want to see inactivity troughout my term.For not attending at a n imporant event u need to have a valid reason for that.I will also completly take off toxicity from the community,keep control of the rank system,make sure there are no free ranks in our gang.If u want a rank u will have to earn it.
3-2I will issue a good bonus system after certain events where sprayers will get especially high bonus.Make sure we always have armors ammos weapons for the players who take the time to constistently attend at every single event they possibly can.
