Additional information

1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Answer:
A) I have been in RP for Over a Year in other city and in other projects and i have gained good experience and ready to be a leader.
I’ve been part of RP projects for over a year now and I have learned a lot about how orgs work , how leadership can affected members in the org , and how important proper communication is. Even though my id seems to be new but i have so much experience not only in grand rp but in other projects.

B) I Know What Works — and What Does not
After visiting in various orgs and seeing different leaders handle things in different ways I have learned what really motivate member and does not. I’ve seen organisation fall apart due to lack management and lack of planning. If I get the opportunity to lead SAHP I will focus on running things smoothly with clear ranking system, proper training procedure for new recruitments, and regular activities. I want members of the organisation to feel like they are part of something strong and well-organized and not just another job to get their pay checks.

C) WHY did i choose SAHP
As my journey for the past SAHP was the first organisation for me and I hold some personal importance to the organisation.
As being outside of the city area SAHP still hold a large amount of highways and moreover SAHP has the highest levels of Roleplaying. People come everyday to get licence plate / vehicle insurance , highways robbery, high Speeding in highway. So this thing produce a large number of roleplay scenarios to get into with. I love SAHP because of its high roleplay availability. I have always been someone who takes rules seriously and I believe I can bring that mindset to the term. My goal is to make SAHP an organisation people admire not just for performance but for how professionally it runs.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First of all I think improving the RolePlay level starts from the leader itself. If the leader sets a serious and consistent Roleplay tone with professionalism the members will naturally follow it. My first step to improve roleplay within the SAHP would be to lead by example whether it's during selling a vehicle insurance or patrolling or a global or local situations I would make sure every interaction feels realistic and engaging not just rushed and dull.

Secondly, I would introduce regular RP-based trainings and scenarios. For the new recruitments their would be a great RP based training for things like towing vehicle selling vehicle insurance highways speeding arresting etc with real examples.
I would host small events within the organisation with some small reward which will not only improve the roleplay within the organisation but it would make the organisation more active in the city.

Third, I would make sure we don’t treat SAHP like just a "money-making org." I would encourage members to take their roles seriously , using proper radio codes, following ranking structures, using proper protocol during and after the events and scenarios all while still having fun. I would also reward agents for the responsiveness their activity levels so members feel appreciated for quality RP and not just events and arrests.
