Life Story: Andrew was born in Yorkshire, the historic county of England. Also known as "God's Own Country." He was belonged to a middle class family. During his youth, he excelled in his education. He was very popular in his school. He had a lot of friends, but his closest was Jacob. After school they always hanged out together. They went to the movies, went to prank somebody etc. After school, he got the opportunity to join the prestigious university of "Harvard." However, Jacob wasn't so fortunate. He coudn't get a chance in any college because he was average in his academics. Andrew moved out of England and went to Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. Jacob, day by day got more jealous of Andrew. Andrew genuinely felt sad for Jacob. After a couple of years, he graduated and went to meet Jacob. When he came back he found that Jacob had been murdered. It was a local crime syndicate that had done this. Andrew joined the local county Sheriff department. He had some experienced but corrupt colleagues. They gave him the idea to eliminate the syndicate, "unofficially." Andrew getting influenced by their ideas, decided to go for it. One fine night, Andrew with his colleagues went to the ranch where the syndicate was located. They planted explosives in the parameter of the ranch. They blew it up. After a few days, Andrew and his colleagues got caught. They got sentenced to life imprisonment. During his years in prison, Andrew found out that Jacob had never been killed. He faked his death and moved out of the country to Iowa county, Wisconsin, United States. Andrew broke out of prison, went to Iowa county and shot Jacob in cold blood. Andrew never got caught, but he always had to stay undercover. In the state of Wisconsin, the winters are freezing. Andrew thought it would be nice to move somewhere warm and sunny. He though of starting a new life, a fresh start, a new name. He eventually decided to move to the sun soaked city of Los Santos, San Andreas. He left everything, his identity, documents etc. His name was changed to "James Spectre." Remembering his old memories, he thought of joining the Sheriff department of San Andreas. He had a flashback, that it wasn't his corruption that got him caught. It was his friends (colleagues). During the day he used to work and serve sincerely to the state, And during the night, he used to do criminal activities. Though James changed himself, his criminal past had a left a permanent scar in his life.
Outcomes:
1- James can recognize individuals by their clothes or voice. No Metagaming (No identifying through ID)
2- James can leak info to Criminal or State organisations for a maximum bribe of $50k. (Will not share to gangs in in legal org.)
3- James can offer to be a citizen hostage for a maximum bribe of $100k.
4- James can drive cars (not supercars) in rough terrains, as he is specially trained. (No non-rp driving)
5- As James is an experienced pilot, he can fly/land a helicopter in congested spaces.
6- James can use the /try command to break someone's bodycam. (Only twice per situation)
7- James has a ballistic body camera attached to his waist 24/7, as it is heavy duty he doesn't have to refresh it when he has a bad dream. Or when he flies back to the city.
8- James has no fear of 2 guns, he needs to have 3 guns pointed at himself. (Will show fear whne needed)
9- James can 1v2 people, as he is a good shooter. (Will show fear when needed).
10- James always carries a hidden radio with him 24/7.
