Why was I banned?
In September 2023, shortly after joining a family, I took items from the family car without the leader’s permission. I did not understand that this was stealing under GR 6.22. I also made the poor choice of lying and claiming that a higher-ranking member had given me permission, when in fact, they hadn’t. I deeply regret both my action and my dishonesty.
My apology and reflections:
I want to sincerely apologize to the family leader, to Administrator Jonny Odds, and to the Grand RP community. I fully accept that what I did was against the rules and that lying made everything worse. This was my first offense, and I now understand how important it is to follow the rules and be honest.
Why I hope for a second chance:
The ban length, 27 years, feels excessive given that this was my first unintentional mistake.
Nearly two years have passed since the ban, giving me ample time to reflect and grow.
I have taken the time to thoroughly read and understand the server rules to ensure this never happens again.
I truly miss the community and the roleplay experience that Grand RP provides.
I respect the work of the administration and am not here to argue or complain. I simply ask for your mercy, please consider reducing or lifting my ban. I promise to return as a respectful, rule-abiding, and positive member of the community.
