Life Story
Felix Acussed was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to a privileged family. As a child, he had an interest in power and its impact on people's lives. He soon came to understand that good men tended to suffer, whereas bad men easily achieved success. This led him to believe that true power belongs to those who are willing to twist or violate rules when the situation calls for it.Felix was a bright and ambitious young man who never shied away from taking risks. By his late teenage years, he wished to move away from home and begin a life of his own. He went overseas and ended up in Los Santos, a city where he felt he could make his future.When he arrived, Felix sought a career that would give him both respect and influence. Law enforcement caught his attention as the ideal choice. Although he presents himself as disciplined and professional, Felix still holds the instincts and mindset he developed while growing up. He knows when to enforce the rules and when to quietly sidestep them.
Career Story
Felix Acussed joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol in a bid to acquire respect and a name within the city. He was, at first, seen as a highly disciplined officer who settled into the job within a brief period. He was a fast thinker and able to come up with stories at a moment's notice, hence became reliable to other officers, and they welcomed him in no time.However, behind this facade, Felix had his own mind. He felt that real control didn't lie in obeying the law blindly; it lay in knowing how to work both sides of it. As he performed his tasks, Felix started forming connections throughout the city. He took careful notice of those who could be helpful to him and those who could be disposed of when the time was right.
Outcomes:
1- Felix can arrest anyone he feels annoyed by or finds any violations in the law. (with an IC reason).
2- Felix can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect ).
3- Felix can leak information to criminals in exchange for money.( No OOC Leaks )
4- Felix can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
5- Felix can smash and break bodycams. ( /try 2 times per situation )

8- Felix can help suspects escape jail (darknet) or from custody.
9- Felix can engage in any type of criminal activity with his family members and his friends & can help them escape situations such as Arrests.
