He punched me first and i punched because i have to defend myself and then he took his gun out you can see in the video so i thought he was gonna kill me thats why i killed him it was not a RDM i request to remove my warning

Clear RDM and you make that up because of a mistake punch (which clearly is one - he completely ignores you afterwards)
