2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I have always lived with a love of leadership. When I went to an event with my family or similar places, I would usually take the lead and always lead them to victory. That's why I thought I would always lead the Bloods Street Gang to victory.
I have reached the rank of High Command in both legal and illegal organizations, and I realized that it is not as fun or as good as leadership, so I believe that I will dominate the gangs and start a new era for the Bloods Street Gang.
I am applying to this gang because I believe that I can take on this responsibility and be the best leader for the Bloods Street Gang. And because I am supported by the endless love of my best friends and allies who are by my side.

3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
1. Rule violations will not be tolerated under any circumstances
2. All ranks below Deputy, Under Deputy will be selected based on their activity and promised benefits All ranks up to Under Deputy will be demoted if not active
3. All ranks will be controlled individually by the Leader and Deputies and discipline will always be the first rule
4.Everyone will have to treat each other with respect, there will be no concept that he is my friend and I am intimate with him.
5. I will ensure and encourage greater participation in events.
6. Bonuses will be given on time and ammunition needs will be met. At the end of each event, bonuses will be distributed collectively. There will be no discrimination whatsoever in this regard.
7. More opportunities and importance will be given to global and gang-related activities, and the morale of the gang will be kept at the highest level by organizing an activity every day.
