Hello,
I would like to appeal for the removal of my ban. As seen in the video, it is true that I used offensive language towards the other party. First of all, I sincerely apologize for this behavior. I deeply regret making such a mistake and I promise that it will never happen again.
The reason this incident occurred was because, during our conversation, the other party told me that he would give me 150k per crate. However, in the exchange, he only gave 150k in total for two crates. This made me angry, and I lost control and swore at him. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize once again that this does not excuse my mistake.
Although the other party’s behavior was unfair, I acknowledge that it was my fault, and I take full responsibility. I assure you that I will never show such disrespect again.
