1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?
i) I have been deputy of gangs, learned leadership through experience, and believe I can successfully lead marabunta.
ii) I will make the gang active, build strong unity among members, and ensure marabuntabecomes respected and powerful.
iii) I will ensure gang attends all events responsibly, fulfilling requirements without rulebreaks, to maintain no warnings.
iv) I will ensure 100% turf season with the help of my dedicated turf lead and loyal turf team members
v) There will be no biasedness in ranks during my term , promotions will be based only on loyalty, and activity.
vi) I will assign deputy roles only to members who are truly eligible, experienced, and capable of leading the gang.
vii) will work to make marabunta recognized as a feared terrorist organization
viii) When I returned to the city, I noticed some leaders struggled to connect with members. As leader, I will build strong connections and always support my gang members .
ix) I will build healthy relations with factions in hostage situations and stores , ensuring quality RP.
x) There will be no place for toxicity inside the gang or outside, ensuring respect with LEOs, legal, and illegal organizations.

i) Under my leadership, I will ensure marabunta stays more active than any other gang in the city at all times.
ii) I will build a strong bonus system so gang members stay motivated
iii) Only capable and responsible members will be given deputy roles.
iv) I will try teach every gang member the rules properly , preventing any rule violations within the organization.
