Bobby, hope you doing well on wednesday i got banned for fam war pov i have explanation regarding it I was recording using NVIDIA GeForce Experience as required, but
unfortunately, my PC suddenly shut down due to a power outage during the fight.

When I checked afterward, the PoV file was corrupted and won’t open or play im still trying to find a way to recover it

i never had any ban before like this its been 1st time since i experienced it I’m also ready to do a PC check if needed to prove I was recording and my pc shut down suddenly please let me know how to proceed I’m not trying to avoid the rules just being honest about what happened.
