2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A- Its been long since I have been playing in this server and I have gathered so much experience playing it. If I get the leader I will try my best to bring Bloods on top. I will be making the Term active with the help of my Deputy's like if I have 2 daytime Deputy's I will be having 1 Night time Deputy to ensure the activity of the gang and with the help of this if I would not be available to conduct a event the Deputy's will manage that.
B- Giving more opportunity will help players to show their skills they have got. I will try to know each of our players their problems. I want to have 30+ Guys and you can expect the activity by this. I also seen many rule breaks in Gangs and I will be fixing that by teaching new players about the Gang and the project. I just want to say the Curators to put trust back into me for just once, You won't be disappointed.
C- I would love to give other players the experience which will lead them to learn proper RP in gang. I want to make Bloods the most active gang in the city. We will be actively present in the ghetto and keep it as active as possible. I have my own Turf Team so I will try my best to complete the turf season. And I will never allow violation of the rules. Any violation of rules will lead to kicks, strikes or being blacklisted by the gang.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
> Not only the Leader but no Gang member should be toxic at all.
> I will set a layout which our players have to accept in order to get higher rank.
> Leader and Deputy's should be in touch with the Gang members whenever needed.
> Before recruiting I will do a quick interview to make sure if they know the rules
And I have some more plans for further if I get the opportunity to be a Leader.
