Additional information
1. Leader of EMS

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1.1. To Ensure High-Quality Medical Care
As a leader in this community it is my utmost priority to ensure that EMS is practicing at the level with other classes of workers. That involves establishing achievable objectives, implementing rigorous training and guaranteeing that all members of the team can deliver effective life saving skills to the citizens of San Andreas.

1.2. For Supporting and Motivating the Team
Leadership is not only about managing, but also inspiring. This is absolutely what I wish to accomplish for our EMS provider, creating a scenario where they are merely appreciated and supported, valued, and motivated to improve. I can help newer members grow by giving guidance and mentorship while I maintain the feeling of challenge and respect for experienced members.

1.3. To Improve Organization and Efficiency
A robust EMS also requires structure, coordination and effective communication. I am a bit of a manager that looks to invest in systems that keep things running seamlessly whether it's quickly responding to emergencies, managing/organizing shifts or ensuring resources are wisely utilized → thus, our department can properly operate, at all times efficiently.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Encourage Realistic Medical Roleplay
Members need to be taught beyond /heal and instead step by step they do medical rp (check vitals, put bandages on them recover, use the defib/medical items) Making the experience far more engrossing for EMS as well as civilians.
