Rejected LSPD UNIT ABUSE

As you can see in the pov the LSPD unit is driving very fast and wrong lane so i just followed him he rammed into the wall.When i said him bro stop he started to try to run so i tried him to stop from my car then he parked his car isaid him "ezzyyyy gov" because he was ramming constantly and not stopping when i said.So he abuse me .
If our Protectors will drive like this what they except from us.
I accept i rammed him 3-4 times because i was trying to stop him it was my mistake.
Thats all i wanna say.
