Additional information

1. Leader of SAHP

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

Reason 1:
I have served multiple times in high command positions within LSPD, SAHP, FIB, GOV, and DOJ. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of state organizations, leadership responsibilities, and how to maintain structure and discipline. Now, I want to give back to SAHP by using that knowledge and experience to lead it as State Leader, ensuring it grows into one of the most respected and active organizations.

Reason 2:
I want to build a structured and creative RP environment inside SAHP, where every patrol, checkpoint, and event becomes a realistic and enjoyable experience for both officers and civilians. I will focus on creating interactive situations, such as proper traffic stops, tactical pursuits, and professional negotiations during high-risk scenarios. This will make SAHP not just an organization, but also a school for teaching members high-quality RP.

Reason 3:
I will ensure that SAHP maintains an active and consistent presence on the server through organized daily patrols, regular training sessions for both new and experienced members, and a clear schedule of events. I will work on fairly distributing responsibilities and encouraging officers to stay committed, which will strengthen discipline and make the organization effective both internally and externally. My goal is for every member to know their role, understand their place in the team, and feel like they are part of one united force.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Structured Training: Regular training sessions on traffic stops, pursuit tactics, and hostage negotiation to improve realism
2. Active Patrol Rotation: Ensure officers are patrolling all major highway's and gang areas to increase presence and activity.
3. Event Readiness: Pre-event briefings to make sure all officers know rules, roles, and RP standards before participating in global events.
