2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Having spent four months fully dedicated to Lifeinvader, I feel It's time for me to step up and serve the organization that made me. Im more than ready to bring Li to the new heights during my term. Li is a place I call my family with which I want to continue to grow together.
- I've demonstrated my leadership abilities during my tenure as HOD of Creative by handling a variety of duties and continuously accomplishing my objectives while achieving certificate of recognition for my dedicated work to Li.
- Taking on leadership responsibilities excites me because I'm determined to uphold the high standards while pushing us even farther. I want to make sure that future members have the same chances for development and success that Lifeinvadergave me.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Ads Team:
For the ads team, I will bring higher standards to the hiring process by implementing more strict and fair training policies. With a better evaluation system, I want to reduce the amount of mistakes done by the ads team. An improved evaluation system will bring us people who will do quality work. All of these efforts will be made to gain more respect from citizens for our Ads team for their hard work.
Creative Team:
During my time as HOD of Creative, I saw a lot of people continually asking how to do their work, despite the fact that we'd trained them and explained that all they needed was in the Creative Academy. That made me understand we need to simplify and streamline the academy so that it's easier for people to find what they need. I will make sure we will have more events approved from our creative team ideas, improve bonuses, keep our department active. Also, reduce amount of times where scheduled CNN and Broadcasts are being delayed when its absolutely not necessary by implementing tracking mechanism for monitoring booked timeslots. After all, this team keeps doing amazing work!
Journalism Team:
For this department my focus will be on recruiting active people who will keep doing great quality articles. More assets will be added which includes newer and refreshing journalism templates. Improve bonuses to keep people in this department motivated and overall keep journalism work enjoyable for everyone.
My goals for the entire term:
- Will complete term successfully.
- Make sure no toxicity within organization.
- Keep Lifeinvader on professional level.
- Do improvements where they are required.
- Deliver memorable events that entertain while fostering stronger connections with the community.
