2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (Three reasons with explanation)
a. I’ve been in several LEO organizations in high-command positions, and after spending more than 2 years in the city, I finally feel ready to take on a leadership role. Choosing the National Guard as my first organization for leadership makes sense to me because it was the very first LEO organization I joined when I started here.
b. Under my leadership, I’ll make sure gates are always attended and warehouses across all LEO orgs stay stocked. With a proper bonus system, I’ll ensure no soldier feels underpaid or taken for granted. My focus will be on maintaining strong numbers for IC/OOC events like store robberies, aircraft carrier defenses, submarine missions, hostage situations, and more. Ranks will be assigned fairly — based on experience and roleplay quality, not favoritism.
c. I plan to maintain good relations with other organizations and conduct joint operations to promote immersive roleplay. My goal is to see NG grow into one of the most respected and immersive RP organizations on the server. I’d also like to collaborate with Life Invader to organize public events like air shows, car shows, military marches, and similar activities that bring more life and realism into the city.

3. My advice for improving RP in NG:
As I said earlier, my main aim is to ensure NG delivers some of the best roleplay experiences in the city. Hosting events like Military Marches, Air Shows, and joint ops will give it a realistic military touch. I also plan to introduce grand promotion ceremonies, where we invite other leaders or deputy leaders as chief guests to award promotions. This will not only motivate soldiers but also add weight to the RP side of the org.
