3.1 I Have Seen People Runing When They Hear About Doing Surgery I want To Fix That By Proper Training And By Ensuring That Surgical Department Is Active And I Will Have High Command's Know About How to Do the Surgery And They Don't Do Mistake in Any Way And I Would Also Focus On The HRT Department So Employees Gets Smooth Training
3.2 I Will Do Blood Donation Camps And Medical Checkups For The Organizations There Will Be Open Recruitments And I Will Make Sure That Me And My Team Will Do Unscripted and Most Important Scripted Events
3.3 I Want To Give A Suggestion That When Ever A Citizen Have Severe Stage Of A Disease We Should Go Through A Surgical Process And After There Disease Would Be Cured
