Pending review Ban for GR 1.1 I Babi Ruthless

Dear Admin, I got Ban for GR 1.1 but I got get why because I don't change my socials or anything. My PC is still the same nothing is changed yet I got ban. Before this I couldn't play for 2 months because it was showing connection lost. I did multiple Technical Forums but didn't got a reply and also talk about it in GRP mails multiple time if you want to check it. After I gave windows in my pc then I got into the game. This ban was applied incorrectly and without evidence, as I am the sole creator and owner of my account for over three years also I have never shared, sold or traded my account. My household includes another player (My Husband), who plays on a separate PC and account, which could have caused a misunderstanding due to shared IP. If you have any confusion about the situation then you can come for a pc check.
